Excellent food and staff

Amazing, amazing, amazing.

The beach access is just to die for, with the softest sand and fine views where the sea meets the mountains. The staff treated us like family, especially the chefs who created mouthwatering dishes tailored for us. I especially loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool while soaking in the sunny vibes all around!

In my wife’s opinion, there could be more shaded areas for families at the beach.

the hotel is just a short walk from 5 Springs Aquapark, making it perfect for a day of water fun. It’s only about 4.5 km from Hurghada Equestrian, allowing for a scenic stroll and unforgettable horseback riding experiences. I enjoyed the beautiful beach views from my room that offered plenty of comfort during my stay.

The culinary experiences exceeded expectations, especially the juicy burgers and Italian restaurant, elevating every meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with special mention of the helpful reception team. However, food variety could be improved as there were a few repetitive dishes during my stay. The beach area was clean, yet more activities could have enhanced the overall experience.

The team at the reception delivered exceptional service, with Mr Foad, Mohamed, and Hakim making us feel welcome every time we passed by. The food quality in the restaurant was impressive, thanks to Chef Amr Elrawy ensuring everything was fresh and delicious.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the beach activities. The multilingual animation team kept us entertained throughout the day, with fun games and night shows. Food was diverse and delicious, and staff were super friendly. Don't miss the fresh seafood at the restaurants!

One downside was the smoking on the terrace outside the restaurant. It affected our dining experience as we prefer a smoke-free area when eating outside.

Clean room, attentive staff, the beach was nice with plenty of space between sun loungers and a great view of the sea at sunset.

The salads were fresh and bursting with flavor, setting the stage for an epic dining experience. Big shoutout to the chefs for whipping up a fantastic variety of dishes daily! Plus, the sandy beach was a total knockout, with the clearest waters and an equally friendly beach bar crew mixing up the best cocktails.

Just a heads-up on that all-inclusive deal—some drinks like wine and fresh juices are extra, which feels a bit annoying. And, watch out for those slow service times, especially when you're thirsty!

In addition, the amenities for guests could improve. For example, an early breakfast option would be fantastic for those catching morning excursions. The hotel had potential with its charming beach and lovely pools, but it could easily rise to another level with more attention to quiet enjoyment during evening times. I would definitely recommend visiting but keep the noise in mind.

It was just a smart choice for a brief visit in Hurghada with reasonable price. The beach service was excellent, with friendly bartenders bringing drinks right to our loungers. Make sure to bring your own snacks since the food can get repetitive.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The beach area was stunning, perfect for sunbathing. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. Dining with a view during sunset was a highlight, especially the fresh seafood dishes. Consider visiting the spa but be prepared for some language barriers.
